Group yoga classes are a great way to practice Yoga; you can feed off the energy from the group and inspire yourself to practice better and more diligently. We have designed group classes to take care of most lifestyle-related issues bothering your physical and mental health. One needs to learn Yoga with patience.

We teach in the traditional styles, namely Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. These classes are of various difficulty levels, as marked in the schedule below.

  • 36 Sessions in 90 days INR 9,000.00

  • 144 Sessions in 365 days INR 24,000.00
