Mystic Yoga Café brings to you “YOUR MEALS” - a meal subscription plan, where we deliver meals that are tasty, freshly prepared and nutritionally just right for you. We take the responsibility of providing meals that you need, so that you can focus your energies on being the best version of yourself.

WHAT MAKES THE PROGRAM WORK?
We have identified three main reasons why a diet program you embark does not work. One generic program never gives sustainable results, two - meals become boring and three lack of right guidance and motivation to keep you focused till you achieve your goals.
Customized Meal
Not only we need the right kind of food, but we need food specific to our needs. Your meals should reflect our goals, constitution and activity levels. As the first step in this program, you go through a detailed diet consultation; this takes care of your likes, dislikes, allergies, medical conditions, food preferences etc. Your meals are prepared exactly as per your diet chart with all the macros considered.
Each Meal a new meal
Meals are prepared fresh, and throughout your subscription, you will have no two same meals in a week. This is to make sure your journey towards health and wellbeing is not monotonous. Your meals are handcrafted so that you look forward to the next one.
Daily consultation
You need to give feedback and get suggestions from us daily. We want this meal plan to work for you, consult and stay motivated to achieve your goals. We want to know what your body is telling you. This program will raise your awareness of your own body.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Go through a detailed diet consultation over the phone and get a copy of your diet chart over mail/WhatsApp.
We provide up to four meals a day - breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Choose how many you want us to deliver.
How many days you want the subscription to last – 7, 14, 30 days or more. The minimum is 7 days.
Provide us with the delivery address (a maximum of two locations) and a start date for your subscription.

PRICING
Four Meal a day for 30 days would cost Rs.28888, per meal cost is Rs.241.
Three Meal a day for 30 days would cost Rs.23809, per meal cost is Rs.265.
Two Meal a day for 30 days would cost Rs.17442, per meal cost is Rs.291.
One Meal a day for 30 days would cost Rs.9278, per meal cost is Rs.309.
You can choose a subscription for a minimum of 7 days. Subscriptions can be of 7, 14, 30 (or more) days.

WHY MYSTIC YOGA CAFÉ?
We are involved with the subject of practical wellbeing and understand the relation between your body, mind and the food you consume. For the past ten years, we have been guiding men and women to live a fuller and healthier life through yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. Our cafes have earned a name by serving freshly prepared, tasty and nutritionally balanced food, with no artificial ingredients.
DELIVERY
You can register a maximum of two delivery address say one for your office and another of your home.
We deliver breakfast and lunch together between 9-10 am.
Your evening snack and dinner are delivered together between 5-6 pm.
Delivery to a third location (not registered previously as part of the program) needs to be requested by noon a day before the date of delivery and will be chargeable based on the location.
FLEXIBILITY
You will be informed about your next days' meal by 10 am the previous day. Any change in the meals or ingredients needs to be informed by noon for the next day.
Can I skip a meal? – You can skip a meal but let us know a day prior (by noon).
WHY SUBSCRIBE?
I COULD ORDER HEALTHY EACH DAY FROM THE CAFÉ
You could order food from the café every day for sure. They will be healthy but then it very tricky to trust yourself with orders until you are firmly established in the habit of eating right. Moreover, you need to know what is right.
Subscribing takes away the pain of worrying about food all day. You know your meals are going to come, save some mental energy for more productive work.
We become your health and wellbeing partners; we would guide you throughout your journey to achieve your health goals.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
In case you have to cancel the subscription, you will be refunded your money with the next three working days. Refunds will be hassle-free and transparent, for details look at the terms and conditions at the time of enrollment.
